17th-century building in need of renovation for sale

BANNIO ANZINO MUNICIPALITY - In the peaceful hamlet of Soi di Dentro, surrounded by greenery and situated at an altitude of 993 metres, a detached, old-style mountain hut is for sale. The building was constructed in 1672, as indicated by the date engraved above the entrance, and is located in the hamlet’s central square, accessible via a short walk along the old mule track.

The building is arranged over three levels, plus an open attic (formerly a barn). For safety reasons, only the ground floor and mezzanine level are accessible, as the original wooden floorboards on the upper floors need replacing.
